Refer a Friend - Rules of the Program

1. Eligible Traders:
1. This program is only available to new clients of TradersChoiceFX. To receive the referral cash bonus, the client that is referred must open an account through TradersChoiceFX, deposit funds, and actively trade. To receive the cash bonus the client must trade a minimum of 10 round trip standard lots in the first 30 days of trading. (A round trip trade consists of the buying and selling of one currency pair). If the minimum volume is not met within the first 30 days of trading both the referring party and the referred "Friend" will not be eligible for this program.


2. TradersChoiceFX reserves the right to withhold the referral bonus at its own discretion for any reason including; i) the referred already has an account through TradersChoiceFX ii) the account is managed by a third party.


2. Traders That May be Referred:
1. The TradersChoiceFX "Refer a Friend " may only be referred to individuals that you have a relationship with. You may not sign up your email list, yourself, or individuals you do not have a relationship with.


3. Correspondence with "Friends":
1. The referred party will receive an email from TradersChoiceFX including a complimentary Metatrader demo account.


4. Promotional Cash Bonus:
1. For each individual referred to TradersChoiceFX, the "Friend" and the "Referrer" will receive a cash bonus based upon the schedule below:

2. The Refer a Friend cash bonus amount plus the monthly rebate amount may not exceed a total of $250.


5. Consent to use name and email:
1. You grant TradersChoiceFX the right to use your name and email address in the email sent to the referred party ("Friend"). Additionally, you agree not to use fraudulent names or email address in this Refer a Friend Program.
