To open an account at FXDD online, through TradersChoiceFX, please click the 'FXDD Live Account Application', button below:

Additional Documents needed to open your FXDD Live Account:

Additional Documents for ALL individual and joint account clients:
1. Customer Agreement
*Please sign and date last page of agreement (This is included in the online application, not the PDF version)

Additional Documents for ALL Non-U.S. clients (Along with above Customer Agreement):
1. Photo ID (Passport or drivers license)
2. Proof of address (i.e. utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

Additional Documents for ALL Corporate Accounts:
1. Customer Agreement
*Please have one of more of the listed account holders initial each page of the customer agreement and all account holders need to sign and date last page of agreement.
2. Photo ID (Passport or drivers license) - For all persons who have trading authority
3. Proof of address (i.e. utility bill, bank statement, etc.) - For all persons who have trading authority.
4. Complete, sign and date the Resolution documents pertaining to your type of business entity:

. Corporate Account Resolution
. Limited Liability Company Resolution
. Partnership Resolution

5. Submit a copy of Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Membership Certificate, Operating Agreement, or Trust Agreement as it pertains to your business entity.
6. IRS Form W-9 if a US entity or W8-BEN if an entity located outside the US

Additional information needed from foreign (non-US) corporate entities:
1. A Letter of Authenticity for corporate documents from the US Consulate in the country of origin, OR an apostle from the country of origin.
2. A letter from your lawyer (on your lawyer's stationary) stating that your business will not solicit or conduct business in the United States.
