Supporting Documents
U.S. Residents: No additional documents are necessary.
Non-U.S. Residents - You are required to submit:

Copy of valid government issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the one indicated on the application. Acceptable forms of photo ID include: passport or drivers license.

Proof of address, which must match the address indicated on the application. Acceptable proofs include: utility bill, bank statement or drivers license.

W-8BEN - “Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding Form”. To get the form click here: W-8BEN.

These documents are required of all authorized signers of the account.
Corporate Accounts - You will need to submit:

Copies of the Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Membership Certificate, Operating Agreement, or Trust Agreement as it pertains to your business entity.

Also required is the IRS form W-9 if a U.S. entity or W-8BEN if an entity that is located outside the U.S.

Each authorized signer on the corporate account must also submit identification and proof of address documents as outlined above under "Non-U.S. Residents".
